Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any eligible item. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Start a Return
- Visit our Returns Portal on ecowandergear.com.
- Enter your order details to locate your purchase.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return.
- Print your return label and attach it securely to your parcel.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
- Please ensure the package is securely wrapped and keep proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product and returning the original item for a refund. This ensures faster delivery of your replacement.
